4th Quarter - Fall, Holidays, Health Renewals, YAY!

It's October 2021. 4th quarter officially. I love October, November, and December. I love the fall. I love the foliage. I love pumpkin spice. I love allergies. I love the foliage. I love school getting out for long holidays. I love having to manage holiday weight gain. And oh, what about that benefits renewal that's coming up. Dang! Wait a second, I'm not talking about awesome things. I'm talking about the hard stuff in fourth quarter.

I'm Niki Trentacosta, President of the Tanna group. Although I do love all of the awesome things about fall, sometimes as a small business owner, I know that our tasks can get ahead of us.
