Can I Afford Corporate Health Insurance?

Tell me if this sounds familiar. You're a small business employer, business owner, who has, I don't know, three or four employees, and you're trying to figure out the best way to keep them satisfied, in with you and your company. Maybe you have 15 to 20 employees, and you're trying to be competitive in a marketplace that is constantly having employee turnover and hiring trouble. Well, I might have a solution for you.

My name is Niki Trentacosta. And I'm an employee benefits consultant. I help small businesses, startups and entrepreneurs implement an employee benefit strategy for their teams. Creating an employee benefits program can be confusing and scary. And let's face it, you probably don't have time to learn all the ins and outs of what health insurance and the ancillary coverages mean and cost. Speaking of cost, it might be even scary to consider an Employee Benefits Program.

Because you don't have a budget in mind and aren't exactly sure how much you're going to be able to have to foot on the bill. Just a 30 minute phone conversation with me at The Tanna Group can help give you some peace of mind and offer you some education so that you can begin your employee benefits journey. Employee attraction and retention are some of the key factors to creating a successful business plan. And I'm here to help offer you bench strength so that you can help attract and retain that key core staff. Speaking of affordability, how much should you consider as an employee contribution / employer contribution to an Employee Benefits Program.

There are some cases for super small businesses that you don't have to contribute any employer dollars to create a benefits package and your employees can have access to the care that best suit them. There's also some employers or some consultants in my arena, who say that a proper employer contribution can hover somewhere between $300-400 per employee per month. I'm here to let you know that based off of your needs, we can strategize a program that is going to be best for your business. I look forward to talking to you about the best ways to help attract and retain your staff and to help educate you on a benefits program to help scale and grow your business.

Again, my name is Niki Trentacosta and I can be reached at thetannagroup.com and on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. I look forward to talking to you and discussing your specific benefits, business needs. Until we do speak. I hope that you stay happy, stay healthy, and of course, be sure to keep washing your hands. Bye!
