My favorite step! Open enrollment meetings are where we inform employees of the benefits we are going to offer them. Using small groups or one-on-one meetings The Tanna Group will answer any questions employees have on their plans and guide them to making the best benefits decision for their needs. This takes a few weeks in order to get the employee data back and reviewed for accuracy.
